Delivery/Timing
Purchases will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt, based on item availability. Because many of our pieces are hand made, some may require 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will notify you of any delay and give you an estimated date of delivery. We will need confirmation from you to proceed with your order.
We will ship your package to you, insured, via USPS Express Mail. Charges and timing are as follows:

Sales Tax
Sales tax will not be added to your purchase unless we are shipping to New York (7.375%), New Jersey (7%) or Connecticut (6%).

Citrine is happy to accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is complimentary and we are happy to do so as indicated on your order. Each gift is wrapped in our colorful, seasonal paper, tied with brightly colored raffia, and accompanied by our signature Citrine shopping bags. Just slip your gift in and your presentation will be complete!
Returns
Items purchased from our inventory must be returned, unworn, within 15 days from the date of purchase (in their original packaging.) You may choose to receive store credit, valid for one year, or exchange it for another piece of jewelry. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Custom orders and special orders are FINAL sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Custom and Special Orders
Custom orders are individual orders placed whereby a jeweler changes his/her design, stone selection or size to accommodate a specific request. Due to the handcrafted nature of these pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Special Orders are orders placed on something that is currently out of stock. Because we must order this piece from the designer, it may also take 4-6 weeks for delivery (but will usually be less.)

Gift Certificates
Can’t decide what to buy? Purchase a Citrine gift certificate in the amount you choose and we will gift wrap it and ship it to you via USPS Express Mail. We will not charge tax on the certificate; however, shipping charges will apply.
Rings
Don’t know your ring size? Citrine recommends that you visit our store or a reputable jeweler in your neighborhood for a proper sizing. Note that the size of a ring with a “wide band” can be slightly different than a “thin band”.
A $75.00 fee will be applied to each sizing.

Our Unique Jewelry
No two pieces are alike. Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by its designer. Stone color may vary slightly and contain natural inclusions. This is what makes your piece unique!
